Visits to Europe customers in April 2011 (04/05/2011)

As usual, every summer, My Tai organizes visits to customers with purpose of capturing information to improve product quality and service; also learning experience and tightening the relationships with customers.

Below is the trip to visit some Europe customers in April of the Chaiman Mr. Le Duy Linh and the Sales & Technical Director :

·         Visited PRIMATRONIC office on 14 Apr and had lunch with Primatronic Chairman and their partners.

 ·         Meeting with MARKS & SPENCER on 19 Apr at their main office in London, Mr. Linh and Purchasing Manager of M&S had exchange on new designs and development for season 2012.

After the meeting, the Chairman Le Duy Linh and Sales & Technical Director visited some retail stores in London. We were so proud of seeing My Tai products were extra nicely decorated and showed at the most central place in those stores.

In order to get more information on the quality, Mr. Linh visited the Tunbridge Wells Warehouse in London. He and Quality Manager of M&S discussed about the way to improve the quality and packing of products for season 2012.
